Firm Management, the Business of Law uses simulation of law firm economics to introduce your lawyers and senior staff to the complexities and challenges of managing a modern law firm.

Firm Management is a 2-hour team exercise based on a case study of a typical law firm, its management structure, financials and legal staff. Participants are challenged to make strategic decisions on daily management issues, client concerns, and allocation of firm resources—both dollars and people. Team decisions are reflected in their "firm's" profitability.

This interactive simulation that offers a new approach to learn the economics of a law firms. Following the team exercise, Maureen sets the stage for your own firm's follow-up.
